During the season of Lent, many of our parishioners come together each Friday evening to pray the Way of the Cross in remembrance of our Lord’s walk to the hill of Calvary. Try to set aside the Friday evenings of Lent and be a part of this traditional devotion of the church beginning Friday, February 16 and continuing through March 23, at 7:00pm.

The door of faith is always open for us, ushering us into the life of stronger Communion with God and offering entry into his Church. During Lent, our Church and others in Archdiocese of Hartford will be open on Monday evenings from 6:00p.m. to 7p.m. for Lenten Confessions. For a full listing please visit

Father Tom will be in the Church on the following Monday evenings: February 19, 26, March 5, 12, 19, 26th as well as Saturdays in the Reconciliation Room from 3:00p.m. to 3:30p.m. and also after all Masses.

The Ecumenical Council of Watertown/Oakville will be offering a Lenten Program on Wednesday evenings. Each week a lite Soup and Bread Meal will be shared at 6:30pm with a service at 7:30pm. This year’s theme is “That we all may be one.” All are asked to bring a pair of new unused socks for the free will offering, at the end of the six weeks the socks collected will be donated to the Greater Waterbury Interfaith Mission. Please join us each week as we come together as one:
